Room was fairly priced, located close to shopping, activities and the Fwy, but sadly the room was less than clean. I believe the bedding was reused; as i found long hairswithin the room and bed. If marketing as an " Extended Stay" option there needs to be more complete amenities to complete a guests stay.

These comments are totally related to 訂房網站 booking and not against Extended Stay Hotel. When I arrived at this site, Extended Stay personnel (person called AJ) at this site did not acknowledge or have the booking confirmation from 訂房網站. I did call 訂房網站.com (spoke with Minu ?) , who was not able to either confirm with the hotel site (afterwards she called directly) and spoke with the front desk.... and re-book me at the rate. They did neither. I ended up booking Extended Stay myself (while in the lobby) to finish the night. Next morning, I learned the next morning that 訂房網站.com when ahead and pushed the bill through to my Visa, knowing I was booking with the site directly. After several emails, I had to 'supply detailed receipts' for my individual booking, AND, receive payment in 10-14 days. And, because I paid a higher rate, I was promised the price difference. However 訂房網站.com was providing coins for a future booking, or with check/cash in 14 days. However, now I find out that 訂房網站.com wants my ACH bank account details for direct wire transfer for this which I will not supply. Please apply this credit to my charge card. I will never book with 訂房網站.com again and will either use other third part sites or directly with the chains. Tim Dziewit

The gentleman at check-in was super friendly and accommodating.  He really stood out as a nice and friendly and was very helpful in getting me into the perfect room.  Thanks much, I will definitely be back
